Persuasion is not new, but many aspects of persuasive technology are, feeding a next wave of product design. Persuasive technology is any interactive computing system designed to change people's attitudes or behaviors. It is about increasing product capability, creating relationships through feedback and providing a positive experience. In this meeting, you will learn about the psychology of influence and learn a model for building it into product user interface design. The result is a linking of a persuasive product's implementation directly to the product's business case. We hope you join us for this session that will cover both current research and practical experience.
